Delivery and Postage
We aim to despatch your purchase within 48 hours of receipt of order and deliver within 10 days. If you need a faster service then please contact us and we will do our best to ensure a quicker delivery.
Postage and packing costs
UK
£4.50 per order to a maximum of 3 mats. This includes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Ireland and Mainland Europe
Up to1 x 75x50cm Classic Turtle Mats, or 1 x 60x40 Nautical Mat - £4.50 per order.
Up to 1 x 60x85 Design Mat or 75x100cm Classic Mat - £7
Any other mats - £13 per order.
If you would like to order more than one mat, then please contact us and we will arrange shipping with you. Where possibly we will try and post locally if your order coincides with an event that we are attending.

We can ship to anywhere in the world - please contact us for further details. As a guide we recently despatched 3 mats to Tasmania at a cost of £19.

We offer a no quibble 14 day guarantee should you not be 100% happy with your purchase. Please be aware that although Turtle Mat aim for continuity in colours and sizes, there may be slight variations between print runs. Turtle Mat also offer a 5 year guarantee against any manufacturing faults.
