Delivery and Postage
We aim to despatch your purchase within 48 hours of receipt of order and deliver within 10 days. If you need a faster service then please contact us and we will do our best to ensure a quicker delivery.
Postage and packing costs
UK
£4.50 per order. No maximum number of mats per order. This includes Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
Channel Islands
VAT free shopping on orders delivered to the Channel Islands. Use promotion code 11CI on our website or call us on 01285 850900.
Free Returns
For April 2012 we have a free returns offer for any Turtle Mat, Hug Rug or rug from the standard range. If you are not 100% happy with the size or colour we will arrange a free collection. Please contact us for additional details.
Ireland and Mainland Europe
Postage cost ranges from £5 to a maximum of £8 per order - no limit on the number of mats per order.
We ship at least twice a week to Ireland and mainland Europe - delivery takes between 3 - 5 working days from collection.
Switzerland - we incur a customs charge levied by our couriers and postage is charged at £20.
USA and Australia
There is no Turtle Mat distributor in North America or Australia but we ship weekly direct to you.
Shipping costs start at £12 to a maximum of £20. There's no limit to the number of mats per order - get your friends together and place one order!
We can ship to anywhere else in the world at very reasonable costs - please contact us for further details.

We offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy on all Turtle Mat and Hug Rug standard ranges if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Unfortunately made to measure mats can only be returned for a refund if faulty. Please check colour and suitability before ordering. Please be aware that although we aim for continuity in colours and sizes, there may be slight variations between print runs. Turtle Mat and Hug Rug also offer a 5 year guarantee against any manufacturing faults.
